乡村振兴战略背景下高职院校对大学生就业创业能力的培养路径
The Training Path of Vocational Colleges for College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

为了加快我国新农村的建设，促进我国整体经济水平的提升，还需要不断加大乡村振兴战略的实施力度。正是由于乡村振兴战略意义重大，高职院校已经在这一战略的背景下加大培养大学生的就业创业能力，从而促进大学生成为新时期的综合型人才，为乡村的建设贡献力量。本文首先概括了乡村振兴战略概述和高职院校培养大学生就业创业能力的意义，其次从创新教师的教学理念、采用实践性教学方式、完善大学生就业创业保障措施、开展多元化的教育内容四个方面阐述了乡村振兴战略背景下高职院校对大学生就业创业能力的培养路径。
In order to accelerate the construction of new rural areas in China and promote the overall economic level, it is necessary to continuously increase the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. It is precisely because of the significant significance of the rural revitalization strategy that vocational colleges have increased the cultivation of college students’ employment and entrepre-neurship abilities in the context of this strategy, thereby promoting college students to become comprehensive talents in the new era and contributing to the construction of rural areas. This article first summarizes the overview of rural revitalization strategy and the significance of cultivating college students’ employment and entrepreneurship abilities in vocational colleges. Secondly, it elaborates on the cultivation path of college students’ employment and entrepreneurship abilities in the context of rural revitalization strategy from four aspects: innovative teaching concepts, adopting practical teaching methods, improving college students’ employment and entrepreneurship security measures, and carrying out diversified educational content.
