Explorations on the Cultivation of Labor Values for Graduates under the Principle of Marxist Labor Concepts—Data from NJUPT

党的十八大到二十大，劳动教育在国家教育体系的重要程度逐年上升，俨然已成为党新时代教育方针下的重要内容。劳动是创造人、创造人类历史的。深入研究马克思主义劳动观是理解和践行新时代研究生劳动教育总方针的必由之路。本文通过对马克思劳动观的探究，以南京邮电大学研究生的实际访谈内容为导向，梳理了当下研究生劳动教育价值观培育所面临的问题以及如何通过马克思主义劳动观的指导更好地改善、优化当下培育现状。
With the increasing emphasis year by year in China’s education system, the Labor education has become an indispensable part of the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) educational policy in the new era from 18th to 20th National Congress of the CPC. The people and human history are the creation of labor. To understand and implement the general policy of graduate labor education in the new era, we must have a profound comprehension of the Marxist labor concept. This article explores Marxist labor concepts, trying to sort out the labor education value problems faced by graduates in terms of the talks conducted in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Moreover, in view of the concrete conditions, we make attempts to figure out the methods that can better improve and enhance the current status of labor education values for graduates under the guidance of Marxist labor concepts.
