论马克思主义社会科学方法论在法制史研究中的运用

法制史研究需要众多方法论的指导，其中以马克思主义社会科学方法论最为突出。随着社会不断发展，对法制史学科研究的不断深入，越来越需要马克思主义社会科学方法论的指导。本文通过研究马克思主义社会科学方法论的含义、作用，阐释了马克思主义社会科学方法论在中国法制史当中的具体运用和运用原则、中国法制史的研究方法，以及马克思主义社会科学方法论在外国法制史当中的具体体现和重要启示，最终揭示了马克思主义社会科学方法论对法制史研究的重要作用。
The study of legal history needs the guidance of many methodologies, among which the methodology of Marxist social science is the most prominent. With the continuous development of the society and the deepening of the research of legal history, the guidance of Marxist social science methodology is needed more and more. By studying the meaning and function of Marxist social science methodology, this paper explains the specific application and application principles of Marxist social science methodology in the history of Chinese legal system, the research methods of Chinese legal system history, as well as the specific embodiment and important enlightenment of Marxist social science methodology in foreign legal system history. Finally, it reveals the important role of Marxist social science methodology in the study of legal history.
