Exploration of “1 + X” Certificate Assisting in the Training of Water Environment Monitoring and Treatment Talents

以水环境监测与治理1 + X职业技能等级证书的试点工作为例，探讨了1 + X证书助力专业人才培养的实施路径与成效。以在证书试点工作中，以1 + X职业技能等级标准与课程对接、与国赛的对接为切入点，重构了职业技能等级标准与专业教学标准联动共生的课程体系，并探索建立1 + X学习成果转化课程成绩实现课证融通的评价机制。1 + X证书试点工作的实施有效地提升了人才质量，深化了产教融合，并带动了教学团队的可持续成长。
Taking the pilot work of 1 + X vocational skill level certificate for water environment monitoring and treatment as an example, the implementation path and effectiveness of 1 + X certificate in assisting professional talent cultivation was explored. Starting with the integration of 1 + X vocational skill level standards with courses and national competitions in the certificate pilot work, the curriculum system was reconstructed in which vocational skill level standards were combined with professional teaching standards, and the evaluation mechanism for converting 1 + X learning achievements into course grades and achieving the integration of courses and certificates was explored. Due to the implementation of the 1 + X certificate pilot work, the quality of talent was effectively improved, the integration of industry and education was deepened and the sustainable growth of the teaching team was driven.
