Abstract:

传统“重技能、轻素质”的医学教育已不能满足当前医疗环境需求,在儿科住院医师规范化培训中,不仅要加强儿科专业知识和技能的培训,还要加强医学人文教育。本文以重庆医科大学附属大学城医院儿科为例,提出了“人文教育五融入”的思路,具体介绍了医学人文融入儿科住院医师规范化培训的教学实践。
The traditional medical education of “emphasizing skills and undervaluing quality” can no longer meet the needs of the current medical environment. In the standardized training of pediatric resident physicians, we should not only strengthen the training of pediatric professional knowledge and skills, but also strengthen the medical humanistic education. Taking the pediatrics department of the University Town Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University as an example, this paper put forward the idea of “five integration of humanistic education”, and spe-cifically introduced the teaching practice of integrating medical humanities into the standardized training of pediatric resident physicians.
