四川省少数民族地区小学体育发展现状及对策研究——以凉山彝族自治州为例

Abstract:

本研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对四川省凉山彝族自治州小学体育教育发展现状进行了调研与分析,提出了该地区体育教育发展中存在的问题及成因,并给出了有效的建议。研究结果表明,该地区小学体育教育设施、场地缺乏,教师专业素质和教学水平有待提高;体育课程的课时安排相对较少,教学内容传统、单一,课外活动开展较少,课余活动时间不足;学校及任课老师对体育课重视不够,体育观念落后;部分场地及器材设施较少,器材单一且维护、管理不到位等。建议:学校应加强师资队伍的建设,增加对体育场地及设施的资金投入,改善学校场地不足、器械老旧等问题;加强教师理论与技能学习,提高教师专业技能水平;积极开展各项体育活动,提高学生身体素质及运动兴趣;改善体育教学模式,丰富课堂教学内容等。
This study investigates and analyzes the development status of primary school physical education in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province using literature, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics. The problems and causes in the development of physical education in this area are put forward, and effective suggestions are given. The research results show that the physi-cal education facilities and playing areas in primary schools are lacking, and the professional quality and teaching level of teachers need to be improved; the schedule of physical education courses is relatively small, the teaching content is traditional and simple, there are few extracurricular activities, and there is insufficient time for extracurricular activities; schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to physical education, and the concept of physical education is backward; some playing areas and equipment facilities are less, the equipment is simple and the maintenance and management are not in place. Suggestion: Schools should strengthen the construction of teaching staff, increase capital investment in sports areas and facilities, and improve problems such as insufficient school venues and old equipment; strengthen the learning of teachers’ theory and skills, and improve the professional skills of teachers; actively carry out various sports activities to improve student’s physical fitness and interest in sports; improve the physical education teaching mode and enrich the classroom teaching content.
