社会变迁中的中国法学教育

Abstract:
中国的法学教育随着社会的变迁呈现出不同的面貌，古代法学教育扎根于传统文化而依附于儒学教育，近代法学教育饱受西方文明的冲击，现代法学教育历经曲折，当代法学教育面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。
The legal education in China has taken on different forms with the changes of society. Ancient legal education was rooted in traditional culture and attached to Confucian education. Modern legal education has been greatly impacted by Western civilization, and modern legal education has gone through twists and turns. Contemporary legal education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
