规训下的微抵抗：短视频平台女性身体焦虑研究——以抖音话题“与素颜和解”为例
Micro-Resistance under Discipline: A Study of Female Physical Anxiety on Short Video Platform—Taking the “Make Peace with Your Natural Look” Topic on TikTok as an Example

视觉文化时代，短视频平台多次掀起与女性身体相关的话题热潮，“口罩搂腰”“漫画腰”等挑战轮番进行展演秀，随之强化的外貌和身体焦虑也成为困扰女性群体的重要问题。以“与素颜和解”这一抖音话题为例，女性身体受到的媒介环境和性别文化的规训，但同时女性意识的觉醒也促使女性群体对其进行抵抗，并以身体联结为情感共同体。由于网络舆论的复杂性和数字平台女性发声的困境，这一抵抗最终效果略显微弱，女性身体实现真正的解放依旧任重道远。
In the era of visual culture, the short video platform has set off a wave of topics related to women’s bodies many times, and challenges such as “putting a mask around the waist” and “caricature waist” have been per-formed in turn, which has intensified the appearance and physical anxiety and become an im-portant problem that plagues women. Taking the topic of “Make Peace with Your Natural Look” in TikTok as an example, the female body is disciplined by the media environment and gender culture, but at the same time, the awakening of female consciousness also urges female groups to resist it and take physical connection as an emotional community. Due to the complexity of online public opinion and the dilemma of women’s voices on digital platforms, the final effect of this resistance is slightly weak, and the real liberation of women’s bodies still has a long way to go.
