产妇早产体验和满意度现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the Current Situation and Factors Influencing Maternal Preterm Birth Experience and Satisfaction

目的：调查产妇早产体验和满意度现状，分析其相关影响因素。方法：于2022年9~12月方便抽取济宁市两所三甲医院产后3天内的早产产妇263名，采用一般资料及产科学资料调查表、中文版早产体验和满意度量表以及爱丁堡产后抑郁量表进行调查，采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归统计学方法分析影响产妇早产体验和满意度的主要因素。结果：有效问卷263份，早产体验和满意度量表总分为(69.24 ± 23.27)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示：产妇的文化程度、产次、不良孕产史、妊娠合并症或并发症、产后抑郁是产妇早产体验和满意度的主要影响因素。结论：本次研究中产妇早产体验和满意度处于中等偏上水平，影响其相关因素较多，应针对实施干预措施，提高产妇早产体验和满意度水平。
Objective: To investigate the current state of maternal experience of preterm birth, analyze its re-lated influencing factors. Methods: From September to December 2022, 263 premature women who had preterm birth within 3 days after delivery in two third-class hospitals in Jining were easily se-lected, and the general data and obstetric data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the preterm birth experience and satisfaction scale and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale were used to investigate, and independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the main factors affecting maternal experience and satisfaction with premature birth. Results: There were 263 valid questionnaires, and the total score of preterm birth experience and satisfaction scale was (69.24 ± 23.27). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that maternal education level, parity, adverse maternal history, pregnancy complications or com-plications, and postpartum depression were the main influencing factors of maternal experience and satisfaction with preterm birth. Conclusion: In this study, maternal experience and satisfaction with preterm birth are at an upper middle level, and there are many related factors affecting it, and intervention should be implemented to improve the experience and satisfaction level of maternal preterm birth.
