在赣求学藏族大学生就业创业教育与成效研究
A Study on Employment and Entrepreneurship Education and Its Effectiveness of Tibetan College Students Studying in Jiangxi Province

西藏生源藏族学生到内地求学对培养少数民族人才、促进藏区经济文化发展和维护民族团结具有重要的意义。江西省是全国首批开办内地藏族班的省份，且有多所职校和高校招收西藏生源学生。近年来，随着江西就业创业教育的普遍推行以及西藏就业形势的变化，藏族毕业生的就业方向发生了新变化。本篇论文在问卷调查和访谈的基础上，探究江西职校和高校的就业创业教育及其成效。
The policy of encouraging Tibetan students to study outside Tibetan regions is helpful in training ethnic minority talents, promoting the economic and cultural development of Tibetan regions and maintaining ethnic unity. Jiangxi Province is one of the first batches in the Chinese mainland to open special classes for Tibetan primary and junior high school students. Moreover, a number of vocational schools and colleges recruit Tibetan students as well. In recent years, benefiting from the popularization of employment and entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi Province and the tough employment situation in Tibet, the Tibetan graduates have changed their career choices. This paper aims to explore the employment and entrepreneurship education of vocational schools and colleges in Jiangxi Province and its effectiveness by using questionnaire surveys and interviews.
