湖南高职院校课程思政建设现状调查及对策分析

Abstract:
论文采取必要性分析、问卷调查、资料查询等手段,总结了湖南高职院校在贯彻落实“课程思政”要求方面所取得的成绩、积累的经验,客观分析存在的共性方面存在的观念转变、重技轻德、深度融合、体制机制四个方面的不足;探寻出做好校级层面顶层设计、打通专题研究通道、注重教师能力提升、强化测评体制运用、夯实创新机制保障等五条解决路径设想,为湖南高职院校开展课程思政提供参考。
By means of necessity analysis, questionnaire survey and data inquiry, this paper summarizes the achievements and accumulated experience of Hunan higher vocational colleges in implementing the requirements of “curriculum ideology and politics”, and objectively analyzes the shortcomings of four aspects, namely, the change of concept, the emphasis on technology over morality, the deep integration and the system mechanism. The paper explores five solutions, such as doing a good job in school-level top-level design, opening up the channel of special research, paying attention to the improvement of teachers’ ability, strengthening the application of evaluation system, and consolidating the guarantee of innovation mechanism, so as to provide references for Hunan higher vocational colleges to carry out curriculum ideological and political thinking.
