高校基层行政人员激励机制研究

在高等教育领域，高等院校非常重视专业教师和研究人员，但对行政人员关注度不够，因此出现高校行政管理工作中存在缺乏有效的精神激励活动；未建立完善的评价考核制度；缺乏有效的竞争机制；缺乏行政人员的心理辅导机构等问题。本文以广东省16所高校为例，结合相关文献资料，探讨高校基层行政人员激励机制存在的问题，并给予相应对策。这样可以帮助高校更好地高效率地开展行政工作，促进高校行政管理发展，对培养高素质人才具有重要意义。
In the field of higher education, colleges and universities attach great importance to professional teachers and researchers, but do not pay enough attention to administrative personnel. In the ad-ministrative management of colleges and universities, there are problems such as the lack of effective spiritual incentive activities; the lack of a sound evaluation system; the lack of an effective competition mechanism; the lack of psychological counseling institutions for administrative personnel and other issues. This article takes 16 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as an example, combined with relevant literature and materials, discusses the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of grassroots administrative personnel in colleges and universities, and gives corresponding countermeasures. This can help colleges and universities to carry out administrative work better and efficiently, promote the development of college administrative management, and is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality talents.
