劳动教育的心理育人价值体现与实现路径

Abstract:
劳动教育可以被理解为一种劳动价值观和劳动素养教育为根本依托，以劳动实践为主要途径，以促进个体的全面发展为最终目标的教育实践活动。劳动教育具有独特的心理育人价值，能够舒缓压力、强健体魄；培育美德，塑造人格；提升生命意义感，走向幸福生活。实践中应当注重通过身体力行回归实际生活、因地制宜与因材施教、健全劳动评价体系等方式，充分发挥劳动教育的育“心”功能，促进学生身心健康发展。
Labor education can be understood as a kind of labor values and labor literacy education as the fundamental support, with labor practice as the main way, to promote the overall development of individuals as the ultimate goal. Labor education has unique psychological education value, which can relieve pressure and strengthen the body; cultivate virtue and shape personality; enhance the meaning of life and lead to a happy life. In practice, we should pay attention to returning to real life, adapt measures to local conditions, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and others, improve the labor evaluation system, give full play to the “heart” function of labor education, and promote the healthy development of students’ body and mind.
