Abstract:

随着互联网时代的到来,越来越多的互联网公司涌现,新的目标管理工具——OKR也受到了各大企业的追捧,各行各业都开始应用OKR,但对OKR的本质是什么,应用OKR时应该怎么做等问题还存在着不同的见解,所以不是所有应用OKR的企业都达到了预期效果,本文通过对字节跳动成功将OKR作为目标管理工具应用于企业进行分析,找出成功落地的原因,以及对目前企业使用OKR时可能存在的问题进行剖析,为企业成功应用OKR提供理论指导。
With the advent of the Internet era, more and more Internet companies have emerged. The goal management tool-OKR has been sought after by major companies. All walks of life are beginning to apply OKR. But there are still different opinions on what is the nature of OKR and what should be done when applying OKR. So not all companies that used OKR have achieved the expected results. This article analyzes the successful application of OKR as a target management tool to enterprises by Bytedance, and finds out the reasons for the successful landing. And analyzing the possible problems that may exist when enterprises use OKR at present. Provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to successfully apply OKR.
