Abstract:

家庭支持型主管行为是指执行人员表现出的帮助员工管理工作和家庭关系的行为,具体表现为情感支持、工具支持、角色模式行为、创新工作和家庭管理。本文首先从家庭支持型主管行为概念的崛起背景、内涵及测量方面进行了梳理,然后结合近年的实证研究成果重点分析了家庭支持型主管行为的作用效应、影响因素及作用的边界条件,最后展望了未来的研究方向。
Family-supportive supervisory behavior refers to the behavior of executives to help employees manage their work and family relationships, which is manifested in emotional support, instrumental support, role model behavior, innovative work and family management. This paper first sorts out the background, connotation and measurement of the concept of family-supportive supervisory behavior, and then analyzes the effects, influencing factors and boundary conditions of family-supportive supervisory behavior based on empirical research results in recent years, and finally looks forward to future research direction.
