随着对外承包工程业务的发展，合同规模持续增长，区域市场日益扩大，业务领域不断拓展，整个行业都面临着更多的挑战。工程规模大、合同金额高、施工周期长、款项结算繁杂等特点，加之人民币汇率波动、外汇管制趋严等外界因素，使得国际工程承包等大型项目资金管理难度越来越大。本文从大型项目资金管理存在问题入手，把握管控原则，研究了如何更好的筹划管理大型项目资金，使企业在资金良性运转的同时，防范风险，降本增效。
As the business of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) develops, contracts continue to scale up, regional markets are enlarged day by day, and the business domain is constantly widened, bringing about more challenges to the whole industry. Due to the large project scale, high contract value, long construction period, and complicated payment settlement, as well external factors such as fluctuations in RMB exchange rate and stricter foreign exchange control, it becomes increasingly challenging for funds management in large-scale projects such as international contracting for construction. Started with the problems in large-scale project funds management, this paper, adhering to the principles of management and control, studied how to better plan and manage large-scale project funds, so that enterprises can prevent risks, reduce costs and promote efficiency while maintaining sound operation of funds.
