浅析“察色按脉，先别阴阳”对针灸“阴阳互引”治疗思路的指导意义
An Analysis of the Guiding Significance of “Detecting the Colour and Pressing the Pulse, First Distinguishing between Yin and Yang” to the Therapeutic Thinking of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

“察色按脉，先别阴阳”对针灸治疗疾病过程中“从阴引阳，从阳引阴”的用针思路有着重要引导作用。本文在《黄帝内经》、《针灸甲乙经》、《素问玄机原病式》、《新刊素问要旨》、《难经》、《望诊遵经》、《四诊抉微》、《医学心悟》的理论内容中，提炼总结色诊、脉诊、针道、刺法与三阴三阳辨证相关的条文。结合文意，简要阐述面诊、目诊、脉诊与三阴三阳的辨证关系，以及辨证后如何指导针灸治疗的思路。
The concept of “detecting the colour and pressing the pulse to distinguish between yin and yang” is an important guide to the use of acupuncture in the treatment of diseases, which is to “draw yang from yin and yin from yang”. This article summarizes the theoretical content of the Huangdi Nei Jing, the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Classic, the Suwen Xuanji Original Disease Style, the New Journal of Suwen Essentials, the Difficult Classic, the Wangdian Zun Jing, the Four Diagnostic Decisions, and the Medical Heart Enlightenment, and distills the articles on colour diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, needle paths, and acupuncture methods related to the identification of the three yin and three yang. In the context of the text, the relationship between facial diagnosis, visual diagnosis, pulse diagnosis and the identification of the three yin and three yang is briefly explained, as well as ideas on how to guide acupuncture treatment after identification.
