针灸治疗癌性疼痛临床研究进展
Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment of Cancer Pain

针灸治疗癌性疼痛是一种有效、便捷、不良反应少的治疗方法，在临床中发挥着很好的疗效。回顾近几年临床试验可以发现，针灸治疗癌性疼痛的选穴方法有一定区别，然而能阐述选穴依据的文章极少。本文回顾并总结了有关针灸治疗癌性疼痛的临床研究，发现针灸治疗癌性疼痛疗效明显，但是针灸的治疗方法和选穴并没有制定明确方案。本文总结不同针灸方法的疗效，并且进行简单的阐述疗效的机制，使针灸治疗癌性疼痛的治疗方法在临床上得以广泛引用。
Acupuncture treatment of cancer pain is an effective, convenient, less adverse reactions treatment, in clinical playing a good effect. Review of clinical trials in recent years can be found that acupuncture treatment of cancer pain point selection methods has some differences, but can explain the basis of few articles. This paper reviews and summarizes the clinical studies on the treatment of cancer pain by acupuncture and moxibustion. It is found that the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cancer pain is obvious, but the treatment method and acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion have not made a clear plan. This paper makes summary of the efficacy of different acupuncture methods, and a simple elaboration of the mechanism of efficacy, so that acupuncture treatment of cancer pain treatment can be widely used in clinical practice.
