Two Cases of Neurogenic Tinnitus Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Herb Medicine by Deficiency and Excess Syndrome

神经性耳鸣为耳鼻喉科常见疾病，近年来其发病率逐年增高并呈现年轻化的趋势，不仅给人们带来身体上的痛苦，还引发焦虑、抑郁等心理上的折磨，极大的降低了生活质量。目前神经性耳鸣西医主要靠药物治疗，但存在效果易反复、副作用大的缺点，笔者将周师临床采用中药和针灸结合疗法，从虚证、实证两方面论治神经性耳鸣的临床验案分享给各位同仁，以供借鉴参考。
Neurogenic Tinnitus is a common disease in otolaryngology. In recent years, its incidence has been increasing gradually and has young tendency. It not only brings physical pain to people, but also causes psychological torture such as anxiety and depression and greatly reduces the quality of life. At present, Western medicine treatment for neurogenic tinnitus mainly relies on drug treatment, but it has the shortcomings of easy repeated effects and large side effects. The author would like to share doctor Zhou clinical treatment of neurogenic tinnitus using the combination of herb medicine and acupuncture by deficiency and excess syndrome aspects with colleagues for the reference.
