孤残儿童在社会关爱服务体系的现状与建议——以江苏省为例
The Current Situation and Suggestions of Orphaned and Disabled Children in the Social Care Service System—A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

随着社会进步与经济的不断发展，我国对于儿童健康成长的关注也不断加大。孤残儿童作为社会中的弱势群体，需要社会的关注与关爱。目前，随着社会关爱服务体系的不断建立，孤残儿童的各类福利也不断得到保障，但是仍存在着不足。本论文以江苏省省内集中养育模式下的孤残儿童为研究对象，探讨江苏省内对孤残儿童给予的社会关爱服务体系的现状及产生的问题，并给予相对应的建议，确保孤残儿童身心的健康成长和人格的健全。
With the continuous development of social progress and economy, China’s concern for the healthy growth of children is also growing. As a vulnerable group in society, orphans and disabled children need social attention and care. At present, with the continuous establishment of the social care ser-vice system, all kinds of the welfare for orphans and disabled children are also constantly guaran-teed, but there are still deficiencies. This paper takes the orphans and disabled children under the centralized rearing model in Jiangsu Province as the research object, discusses the current situation and problems of the social care service system for orphans and disabled children in Jiangsu Province, and gives corresponding suggestions to ensure the physical and mental health of orphans and disabled children and the integrity of their personality.
