我国司法公信力的提升路径研究
Research on the Path of Improving Judicial Credibility in China

司法公信力是国家法治建设的重要标志，提升司法公信力是提升我国法治建设水平的重要途径，司法公信力的高低也影响着司法运作的效率。当前，我国的司法公信力面临困境，阻碍我国的法治社会进程。司法公信不同于司法公正，司法公信力提升不能只靠局部单方面的改进，需要司法机关和公众等各方共同努力。通过分析影响司法公信力提升的成因发现，影响我国司法公信力提升的主要因素有审判质量有待提高、司法宣传薄弱、媒体监督出现偏差、公众法律意识有待提高，进而提出我国司法公信力的提升需要通过进一步提高审判质量、加大司法宣传力度、规范媒体监督、提高公众的法律意识四项措施共同推进。
Judicial credibility is an important symbol of law construction of China, and the level of law construction can be reflected through judicial credibility, and the level of judicial credibility also affects the efficiency of judicial operations. At present, China’s judicial credibility is facing difficulties, hindering the process of our rule of law society. Judicial credibility is different from judicial justice, but they are inseparable. The improvement of judicial credibility not only relies on partial unilateral improvement, but also requires the joint efforts of all parties, such as the judiciary and the public. Through the analysis of the reasons behind it, it is found that the factors affecting the improvement of China’s judicial credibility include trial quality to be improved, weak judicial publicity, deviation in media supervision, and public legal awareness to be improved, and then it is proposed that the improvement of China’s judicial credibility needs to be further improved by four measures: further improving trial quality, increasing judicial publicity, standardizing media supervision, and improving public legal awareness.
