Abstract:

当今世界正在经历百年未有之大变局,在新冠肺炎以及西方个别国家的单边主义、保护主义的影响下,国内外的发展都面临巨大的挑战,为了应对挑战,党中央提出了要加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。而保障消费者知情权便是促进消费促进国内大循环的重要方式。但是目前实践中,消费信息过于冗杂使得消费者难以及时获取关键信息、消费信息愈发专业化影响消费者理解信息、经营者告知义务与消费者知情权并非一一对应、部分广告虚假宣传误导消费者获取真实信息,这些都在阻碍消费者知情权的实现。只有针对这些问题进行研究,提供较为完善的方案才能对消费者进行保护,从而促进我国经济可持续发展。
The world today is experiencing the biggest change in a century. Under the influence of COVID-19 and the unilateralism and protectionism of individual western countries, the development at home and abroad is facing huge challenges. In order to meet the challenges, the Party Central Committee has proposed to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other. To protect consumers’ right to know is an important way to promote consumption and promote domestic circulation. However, in practice, consumer information is too jumbled to make it difficult for consumers to obtain key information in a timely manner, consumer information becomes more professional, which affects consumers’ understanding of information, and some false advertisements mislead consumers to obtain real information, all of which hinder the realization of consumers’ right to know. In order to protect consumers and promote the sustainable development of China’s economy, it is necessary to study these problems and provide a more complete program.
