Abstract:

0~7岁是幼儿形成良好饮食习惯的最佳期,因此在早期对幼儿进行饮食方面的教育是十分重要的。科学的幼儿食育,不仅拥有健康的身体,而且对于国家来说也可以提高全民的素质,因此笔者将对幼儿园食育课程展开现状研究,调查幼儿园开展食育活动的情况,并根据所存在的问题对幼儿园管理者、教师及家长提出合理化建议,以期改善幼儿自身存在的不良的饮食习惯,促进幼儿全面发展。
0~7 years old is the best period for children to form good eating habits, so it is very important to carry out diet education for children in the early stage. Science of baby food, not only have a healthy body, but also for countries can also improve the quality, so the author will eating kindergarten education curriculum present situation research, survey the kindergarten food education activities, and according to the problems of the kindergarten administrators, teachers and parents put forward reasonable suggestions, in order to improve children’s own existence of bad eating habits, promote children’s overall development.
