不同文体的汉译英连词显化对比研究

Abstract:
本文通过自建四个双语平行语料库，运用AntConc等工具，通过卡方检验和对比分析，探究了六类连词在译文及其原文的使用频率差异对比情况、不同文体的汉译英连词显化对比情况以及不同但相似文体的汉译英连词显化对比情况，并对汉译英中的连词显化程度差异的原因进行分析。一方面，用数据证实了汉译英中普遍存在的连词显化现象，揭示了不同文体的汉译英连词显化程度的差异；另一方面，也为译者在汉译英过程中连词翻译策略的选择提供了一个可借鉴的思路。
By building four bilingual parallel corpora, using AntConc and other tools, making Chi-square tests and comparative analyses, this paper explores the comparison of differences in the frequencies of use of six types of conjunctions in the translated text and its original text, and the comparison of the degree of explicitation of conjunctions in Chinese-English translation of different and different but similar styles . This paper also analyzes the reasons for these differences. On the one hand, the data confirms the common phenomenon of conjunction explicitation in Chinese-English translation, and reveals the differences in the degree of explicitation of conjunctions in Chinese-English translation of different styles; on the other hand, this paper provides a reference idea for translators to choose conjunction translation strategies in Chinese-English translation.
