Network public opinion has won the favor of college students because of its rich content, timeliness of communication and hidden interaction. The rapid development of the Internet has effectively enriched the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, improved the teaching methods of ideological and political courses, and brought both development opportunities and challenges to the teaching activities. We study and use the connotation and characteristics of network public opinion, consolidate the “dual subject” status of ideological and political work teachers and students, grasp the right to speak and improve the leading power.
