Abstract:

近年来幼儿园微信公众号成为推广幼儿园园所动态的主要阵地,园所内一篇公众号的推出需要部门计划、全体教师参与分工合作,在筹备推文的过程中撰写人需要及时收集园所活动素材、记录、查询相关资料、整理归纳、反思等,这与当前幼儿教师专业能力素养培养所提倡的终身学习、实践与反思能力范畴一致。本文从公众号平台促进儿教师专业能力发展的理论基础、核心价值及策略三个方面,探讨公众号平台促进民转公幼儿教师专业能力发展的可行性,为幼儿园开展教师专业能力发展提供新的思路、依据和参考。
In recent years, WeChat Official Account Platform becomes the main position of promoting kinder-garten dynamics. Broadcasting a message on WeChat Official Account Platform needs department plan and all teachers’ cooperation. In the process of preparation one message on WeChat Official Account Platform, the people who is in charge of writing needs to collect kindergarten activity material on time, recording, querying related information, inductive arrangement and reflection, etc. All these are consistent with the categories of lifelong learning, practice and reflection abilities ad-vocated by the current preschool teachers’ professional competence and literacy training. This paper focuses on the theoretical basis, core values, strategy of WeChat Official Account Platform supporting research-oriented teacher training, and path exploration, provides new ideas, basis and reference for the development of teachers’ professional ability in kindergartens.
