民营医院是我国医疗卫生服务体系当中的一个重要组成部分,其对于缓解公立医院运营压力,健全我国医疗卫生市场来说,具有不可或缺的地位和作用。由于民营医院承担着治病救人,保障群众健康及生命安全的重任,因此如何提高民营医院的临床医护水平,便成为了医院自身和社会所共同关注的焦点问题。临床护理师是决定医院临床医护水平的核心因素,影响着医院的临床服务质量、临床治疗效果。通过建立临床护理师培训体系,科学地推进临床护理师培训工作,增强临床护理师的职业素养、专业能力,能够对提高民营医院的临床医护水平起到有效的促进作用,使民营医院更好地落实自身治病救人、服务群众健康的使命与职责。本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验与学习认识,首先从不同角度分析了建立民营医院临床护理师培训体系的必要性,然后主要以某民营医院为例,就民营医院临床护理师培训体系的建立途径提出了部分探讨性建议。
Private hospitals are an important
part of China’s medical and health service system. They play an indispensable
role in alleviating the operation pressure of public hospitals and improving
China’s medical and health market. As private hospitals undertake the important
task of treating patients and saving people and ensuring people’s health and
life safety, how to improve the clinical medical care level of private
hospitals has become the focus of the hospital itself and the society. Clinical
nurse is the core factor that determines the level of clinical care in the
hospital, which affects the quality of clinical service and clinical treatment
effect of the hospital. By establishing the training system of clinical nurses,
scientifically promoting the training of clinical nurses, and enhancing the
professional quality and professional ability of clinical nurses, it can
effectively promote the improvement of the clinical medical level of private
hospitals, and enable private hospitals to better implement their mission and
responsibility of treating patients and saving people and serving the health of the masses. Based on the author’s own
practical work experience and learning understanding, this paper first
analyzes the necessity of establishing the training system of clinical nurses
in private hospitals from different angles, and then puts forward some
exploratory suggestions on the establishment of the training system of clinical
nurses in private hospitals, mainly taking a private hospital as an example.
