Abstract:

随着新课程改革的发展,我国对中学生的素质教育更加重视,而近年来中学生违纪私藏手机现象频繁发生,教师的教育手段因在过去简单粗暴而在社会上热议不断。面对中学生私藏手机的违纪行为,该如何挖掘其中原因,并做出合适且有效的教育方式是本文所探究的问题。本文对典型案例进行分析,对家长、学生、教师三个方面进行教育方式探索,秉持“以生为本”的教育管理理念来解决中学生手机管理问题,以最终实现高素质育人的教育管理方式。
With the development of the new curriculum reform, China pays more attention to the quality education of middle school students. In recent years, the phenomenon of middle school students’ illegal possession of mobile phones has occurred frequently, and the educational means of teachers have been hotly discussed in the society because of their simplicity and rudeness in the past. Facing the violation of discipline of middle school students’ private possession of mobile phones, how to explore the reasons and make appropriate and effective education methods is the problem explored in this paper. This paper analyzes typical cases, explores the educational methods of parents, students and teachers, and adheres to the educational management concept of “student-centered” to solve the problem of mobile phone management of middle school students, so as to finally realize the educational management mode of high-quality education.
