“双减”背景下家校协同育人的新实践

Abstract:

为巩固学校教育主阵地、强化家庭教育不可缺少的地位,家校协同育人成为必经的趋势。落实“双减”政策,学校肯定是教育最主要的地方,而教师是实现“双减”背景下家校协同育人的主要角色,要尝试多种途径与家长平等、有效地沟通,通过学校多领域课程与信息化的手段使学生在校内充分发挥自己的潜能,让教育回归初心,回到最开始的目的,不把教育简化成功利的工具,如果教与学一直处于对立和对抗的状态下,是不可能达成教育目标的,也不符合“双减”政策的思想,两者必须相辅相成。“双减”政策一出,家校协同育人面临着新时代背景下的新模式和新挑战,在此背景下,家庭到学校,学校到家庭,建立充分有效的桥梁是急不可待的,如何在“双减”背景下保证新实践的有效推进是当前的重点与难题。本文中,我对新时代家校协同育人的新模式、新挑战之下如何理解“减”抓住“增”进行充分探讨,实现家校协同育人的良性模式,践行“双减”,形成教育合力,促进学生的全面健康发展。
In order to consolidate the main position of school education and strengthen the indispensable status of family education, home-school cooperation education has become the inevitable trend. To carry out the “Shuangjian” policy, school education is certainly the most main place. Teacher is the main character to realize the “Shuangjian” background on collaborative education in the school, who wants to try a variety of ways to communicate effectively with parents. We should make the students in the school have full play to their potential through the school curriculum and infor-mation technology in multidisciplinary curriculum, and let education return to the beginning. If education is not simplified as a tool for success, if teaching and learning are always in a state of opposition and confrontation, it is impossible to achieve the educational goals, nor in line with the idea of “double reduction” policy; the two must complement each other. With the launch of the “double reduction” policy, home-school collaborative education is facing new models and new challenges in the new era. In this context, it is urgent to build a fully effective bridge from family to school and from school to family. How to ensure the effective promotion of the new practice under the back-ground of “double reduction” is the current focus and problem. In this paper, I fully discuss the new mode of home-school collaborative education in the new era and how to understand “reduction” and grasp “increase” under the new challenges, so as to realize the benign mode of home-school collab-orative education and practice “double reduction” to form educational synergy and promote the all-round and healthy development of students.
