Abstract:

中学时期,青少年的心理健康与发展是至关重要的。在这个阶段,随着年龄的增长和获取知识的需要,心理健康发展很容易受到影响。因此,高效的教育对策对于当下中学生的心理健康发展来讲,具有重要实践意义。本文从不同角度分析了当下中学生学习压力产生的原因,有自身原因、家庭原因、学校原因、社会原因和其他原因五个方面,结合笔者的研究方向,给出了相关不同层面的教育对策,为中学生的教育提出了相关补充和建议。本研究可以为以后的研究学者研究中学生学业压力问题对心理健康发展的影响和对策提供参考,也可以为后期各地区中学生的心理健康发展教育发挥很好的借鉴作用。以期本研究可以进一步为中学生的健康发展以及心理健康教育相关问题的研究做出贡献。
In middle school, the mental health and development of teenagers are very important. At this stage, mental health development is easily affected by aging and the need to acquire knowledge. Therefore, effective education measures for the current psychological health development of middle school students, has important practical significance. This paper analyzes the causes of current middle school students’ learning pressure from different perspectives, including their own reasons, family reasons, school reasons, social reasons and other reasons. Combined with the author’s research direction, it gives relevant education countermeasures at different levels, and puts forward relevant supplements and suggestions for middle school students’ education. This study can provide reference for future researchers to study the impact of academic stress on mental health development of middle school students and countermeasures, and can also provide a good reference for the development of mental health education of middle school students in various regions in the later period. It is expected that this study can further contribute to the research on the healthy development of middle school students and the related issues of mental health education.
