录像示范法对孤独症儿童非言语沟通能力的干预研究

Abstract:

研究者基于两名孤独症儿童无口语(低口语)的现实情况,采用单一被试实验法中的跨被试多基线结合ABAB设计类型,运用经循证实践证明过的有效干预方法——录像示范法,对被试的非言语沟通能力进行干预研究。通过目视分析法对数据资料进行分析,结果显示:录像示范法对孤独症儿童非言语沟通能力的干预总体有效;录像示范法对被试应答性和主动性非言语沟通能力的干预效果存在差异;录像示范法干预被试非言语沟通能力泛化效果不稳定。经检验和分析,评分者一致性和干预忠诚度皆符合要求且访谈结果显示出良好的社会效度。此外,针对研究中存在的问题,研究者提出了相应建议,以期对后续研究提供参考。
Based on the reality of two autistic children without spoken language (low spoken language), the researchers used the single-subject experiment method, cross-subject multi-baseline combined with ABAB design type, and applied the effective intervention method proven by evidence-based practice—video demonstration method, to study the non-verbal communication ability of the subjects. Through visual analysis of the data, the results showed that the video demonstration method was generally effective in the intervention of autistic children’s nonverbal communication ability. The video demonstration method had different effects on the participants’ responsive and active nonverbal communication ability. The effect of video demonstration method on the generalization of participants’ nonverbal communication ability was unstable. After examination and analysis, the raters’ consistency and intervention loyalty met the requirements, and the interview results showed good social validity. In addition, corresponding suggestions are put forward to address the existing problems in the study, in order to provide a reference for subsequent research.
