Abstract:

新生儿化脓性脑膜炎指的是由各种化脓性细菌引起的脑膜炎症,是儿童,尤其是婴幼儿时期常见的中枢神经感染性疾病。文献报道不同国家其发病率和死亡率有所差别。国内新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的发生率约占活产婴儿0.2%~0.4%,治愈率约为37.0%~83.9%,死亡率为0%~23%。虽然国外文献报道该病死亡率较低,但仍然存在比较严重的并发症,给家庭、社会带来严重的经济负担。近年来虽然新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的诊断及治疗水平有所提高,但对于这种疾病的发病机制及危险因素的认识仍然不完全清楚。因此,本文系统的收集了近年来国内外有关新生儿化脓性的部分发病机制及其危险因素,为新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的诊治及有效预防提供理论依据,更好的指导临床工作。
Neonatal suppurative meningitis refers to inflammation of the meninges caused by various purulent bacteria, and is a common central nervous system infection in children, especially in infants and young children. The literature reports that the morbidity and mortality vary from country to country. The incidence of neonatal suppurative meningitis in China is about 0.2%~0.4% of live births, the cure rate is about 37.0%~83.9%, and the mortality rate is 0%~23%. Although foreign literature reports that the mortality rate of the disease is low, there are still serious complications, which bring a serious economic burden to the family and society. Although the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal suppurative meningitis have improved in recent years, the understanding of the pathogenesis and risk factors of this disease is still not fully understood. Therefore, this paper systematically collects some of the pathogenesis and risk factors of neonatal suppurative meningitis at home and abroad in recent years, to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and effective prevention of neonatal suppurative meningitis, and to better guide clinical work.
