Abstract:

小儿肠道病毒性脑炎是肠道病毒感染引起的中枢神经系统感染性疾病之一,严重的患儿可出现意识障碍、智力异常等神经损伤表现,已成为严重威胁患儿生命健康的疾病之一,受到临床儿科医生的重视。目前肠道病毒性脑炎发病机制仍未明确,临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断相对困难。有效提高肠道病毒性脑炎的认识对该疾病早期诊断及治疗具有重要意义。
Enterovirus encephalitis in children is one of the infectious diseases of the central nervous system caused by enterovirus infection. Serious children may have neurological damage such as consciousness disorder and intelligence disorder, which has become one of the diseases that seriously threaten the life and health of children, and has received the attention of clinical pediatricians. At present, the pathogenesis of enterovirus encephalitis is still unclear, the clinical manifestations lack specificity, and the diagnosis is relatively difficult. It is important to improve the understanding of enterovirus encephalitis for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
