|
Abstract:
Family resilience is the ability of the whole family to adapt positively to crises. With the rise of positive psychology in recent years, the protective effect of family resilience on children’s depression has attracted the attention of researchers. The researches show that family resilience mainly affects children’s depression through two mechanisms: promoting individual resilience and enhancing social support. At present, there have been some intervention studies on family resilience as the core, which proves its value in practice. Future research should further explore the mechanism of family resilience affecting children’s depression, and carry out interventions based on localization.
