脑卒中患者家庭康复模式可行性探讨

Abstract:
脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病，具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的特点，给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。脑卒中对身体的损害可能是永久性的，患者会出现肢体运动感觉障碍、吞咽障碍、言语障碍、认知障碍、心理障碍、睡眠障碍等，表现在日常生活活动(ADL)的长期依赖，社交活动的减少，以及情绪的影响和加重经济负担等问题。长期护理脑卒中患者的家属也会出现各种各样的问题，严重影响日常生活。由于康复资源有限，很多患者会放弃康复治疗，但随访发现，大部分患者有着强烈的康复需求。本文对脑卒中患者家庭康复模式进行了探讨，旨在为改善脑卒中患者生活质量提供一种可行的康复模式。
Cerebral stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity, mortality and disability, which brings heavy burden to patients, families and society. Cerebral stroke may be permanent damage to the body, the patient will appear motion obstacle, swallowing disorder, speech disorders, cognitive impairment, mental disorder, sleep disorder, etc., show the activities of daily life (ADL) of long-term dependence, reduce social activities, and emotional impact and increase the economic burden. Families of patients with cerebral stroke in long-term care can also experience a variety of problems that can seriously affect daily life. Due to the limited rehabilitation resources, many patients will give up rehabilitation treatment, but the follow-up found that most patients have a strong need for rehabilitation. In this paper, the family rehabilitation model of cerebral stroke patients was discussed, aiming to provide a feasible rehabilitation model for improving the quality of life of cerebral stroke patients.
