党建引领城市多民族社区治理的路径探索——以成都市广都社区为例
Exploring the Path of Multi-Ethnic Community Governance Led by Party Building—A Case Study of Guangdu Community in Chengdu

党的十九大报告明确指出，完善党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的社会治理体制，打造共建共治共享社会治理格局。2017年，党的旗帜在基层社区阵地高高飘扬，鼓舞了广大社会力量积极投身社区治理实践，汇聚起推进社区治理现代化的强大合力。四川省成都市广都社区坚持党建引领，以“大融广都、领舞生活”为主题，完善区域党建常态化机制，组建多种基层治理组织，整合各类资源，搭建组织生活载体。通过党建引领，实现多民族社区治理能力提升，有效避免基层治理的“盲区”，为新时代党建引领城市多民族社区治理提供了新的发展思路和借鉴。
The report to the 19th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that we should improve the so-cial governance system under the leadership of the Party Committee, the responsibility of the government, the coordination of society, public participation, and the guarantee of the rule of law, and build a social governance pattern featuring joint contribution, participation, and shared benefits. In 2017, the Flag of the Party flew high in grassroots communities, encouraging social forces to actively participate in the practice of community governance, and building a strong synergy to promote the modernization of community governance. Chengdu Guangdu Community, Sichuan Province, adheres to the guidance of Party building, with the theme of “integrating Guangdu and leading life”, improves the regular mechanism of regional Party building, sets up a variety of grassroots governance organizations, integrates various resources, and builds a vehicle for organizational life. Through the guidance of Party construction, the multi-ethnic community governance ability can be improved and the “blind area” of grassroots governance can be effectively avoided, which provides a new development idea and reference for the party construction to lead urban multi-ethnic community governance in the new era.
