蔬菜嫁接以技术难度较高，实用性强而作为全国职业院校的必赛项目，本文从西瓜劈接和黄瓜插接两个竞赛类别，探讨在大赛具体操作过程中的关键性技术措施，蔬菜嫁接的技术评分点，操作时可能出现的问题以及提高嫁接技术的措施等方面进行总结，并提出一些意见和建议，旨在为提升职业院校蔬菜嫁接大赛的组织能力和参赛学员的竞技水平提供经验。
The vegetable grafting is a compulsory item in national competition for vocational schools because of its high technical difficulty and high practicability. Taking watermelon cleft grafting and cucumber apical cuttage grafting as examples, the paper introduced key technical measures of vegetable grafting in the contest, focused on the technical scoring points of vegetable grafting, analyzed the possible problems in the operation process and improved technical measures and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper put forward opinions, suggested to improve the organizational ability of vegetable grafting competition in vocational schools and provided experience for participating students.
