As an important part of agricultural production, characteristic crops have become a new growth point of agricultural production. This paper analyzes the role and development status of characteristic crops in the agricultural production of Yili Valley, summarizes the experience, finds out the deficiencies, and puts forward the development measures to provide reference for the agricultural administration, scientific research, extension and other departments.
