当今劳动教育的开展情况及其成因和完善对策分析——以在杭高校为例 The Analysis of the Development of Current Labor Education and Its Causes and Countermeasures —Taking Universities in Hangzhou as an Example
根据2020年7月,教育部关于印发《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》的通知,学校对劳动教育的重视程度日益增加。本研究由此展开,深入探究劳动教育实施后在杭高校劳动教育的开展情况及其成因。本研究主要通过调查问卷、实地访谈展示劳动教育对当前时代各阶段学生全面发展的不可或缺性及当前劳动教育的现状及问题,基于调查结果,运用SPSS分析数据,客观反映当代高校学生对于劳动教育的态度及劳动教育的实际落实情况,发现大部分高校的劳动教育开展较为广泛但是对于提高学生的劳动意识的效果并不显著。根据此结果我们提出相应完善对策以科学地改善高校劳动教育实施实际落实情况及有效地提高高校学生的劳动意识。
According to the notice issued by the Ministry of Education on the Guidelines for Labor Education in Colleges, Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial) in July 2020, schools are attaching increasing importance to labor education. From this, this study deeply explores the development of labor education in Hangzhou colleges and universities after the implementation of labor education and its causes. This research mainly by questionnaire, field interviews show labor education for students in different stages of the current era of comprehensive development is necessary and the present situation and problems of labor education, based on the results of the survey, using SPSS analysis data, objectively reflect the contemporary college students attitude towards labor education and the actual implementation of labor education, it is found that labor education in most universities is carried out extensively, but the effect on improving students’ labor consciousness is not significant. According to the results, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the practical implementation of labor education in colleges and universities and effectively raise the labor consciousness of college students.
