本文首先对三维探地雷达测厚原理进行介绍,依托山东某新建高速公路建设项目,介绍了全幅无缝成型技术对施工质量的影响,运用三维探地雷达技术进行全段面厚度检测,把雷达厚度数据导入基于MATLAB编程的程序软件绘出新建路段厚度云图,进而对路面厚度均匀性进行评价,对新建路面施工过程进行质量控制提供了试验数据和理论依据。
This article first introduces the principle of three-dimensional ground penetrating radar thickness measurement, relying on a new highway construction project in Shandong, introduces the impact of full-width seamless forming technology on construction quality, and uses three-dimensional ground penetrating radar technology to detect the thickness of the entire section. The radar thickness data is imported into the program software based on MATLAB programming to draw the thickness cloud map of the newly-built road section, and then to evaluate the uniformity of the road surface thickness, and provide experimental data and theoretical basis for the quality control of the new road construction process.
