高速运转橡胶制品的配方技术及产品开发现状

从高速运转橡胶制品的动态生热破坏机理出发，分别阐述了生胶体系、填充体系、硫化体系、防护体系以及离子液体对胶料动态生热性能的影响；分析了分体式挂胶履带板、整体式橡胶履带、实心橡胶车轮和负重轮为代表的高速运转橡胶制品破坏形式以及产品开发现状；提出解决因动态生热造成的高速运转橡胶制品性能破坏需要从胶料生热、导热和橡胶分子链耐热三方面共同着手。;Based on the mechanism of dynamic heat-generating damage of high-speed running rubber products，the effects of raw rubber system，filler system，vulcanization system，anti-aging system and ionic liquid on the dynamic thermal properties of rubber products were expounded.The damage form and product development status of typical high-speed running rubber products such as split rubber track board，integral rubber track，solid rubber wheel and load wheel were analyzed.Starting with heat generating，thermal conductivity and rubber molecular chain heat resistance of the compound to solve the performance damage of the high-speed running rubber products caused by dynamic heating was proposed
