鄱阳湖退田还湖生态补偿研究(Ⅲ)――鄱阳湖湿地退田还湖生态补偿实施建议
The Study on Eco-Compensation of the Returning Field in Lakeside Areas to Poyang Lake (Ⅲ) ― Suggestions on Eco-Compensation Measures for the Double-Returned Areas in Poyang Lake Wetlands

鄱阳湖退田还湖工程是长江生态功能系统恢复工程中的一个重要的组成部分,而工程能否顺利实施需要解决的关键问题是在退田还湖过程中对农民损失的利益能否有效补偿.在前文(鄱阳湖退田还湖生态补偿研究(I)和(II))相继对鄱阳湖湿地生态系统服务价值进行计算和双退区湿地生态补偿标准评估之后,提出了结合实际的补偿年限、补偿方式等可操作性建议,并根据2种补偿机制对补偿的可行性进行了具体分析.
The program of returning field in lakeside areas to Poyang Lake is an important part of the Yangtze river ecological function recovery system and the key problem of the program is whether the farmers would be satisfied with the compensation compared to the loss of their benefits from this program. Based on the calculation of ecosystem services value and assessment of compensation standards for the double-returned areas of Poyang lake wetland (Study on Eco-Compensation of the Returning Field in Lakeside (I) and (II)), compensation period, method and other acceptable suggestions were discussed in this article, two kinds of compensation mechanism were analyzed according to Poyang lake situation as well
