BIIR气密层胶料关键性能的影响因素研究

本文采用门尼粘度、自粘性、层间粘合强度及SEM等方法研究了影响溴化丁基橡胶（BIIR）基气密层胶料关键性能的因素。结果表明：RD、4010NA等胺类防老体剂会导致胶料门尼粘度随储存天数的增加而不同程度的增大；胶料的自粘性会随放置天数的增加有所下降；对于BIIR胶料来说，帘布的方向会影响BIIR与帘布层之间的层间粘合强度，帘布顺向成型会得到较高的层间粘合强度，且SEM图粗糙、均匀。;Several factors which can affect the key properties of BIIR based inner liner were investigated via Mooney viscosity (MV), self-adhesive property, adhesive strength between rubber and cord fabric and SEM. Results showed that some amine anti-agent such as RD, 4010NA can cause a different degree increment of MV with the prolongation of storage days; Self-adhesive property decreased slightly with the increaseGof storage days; For BIIR compounds, the adhesive strength was affected obviously by the orientation of cord fabric and a relatively high strength was obtained while the fabric was forward, SEM pictures testified the result at the same time
