不同螺旋角同步转子混炼效果有限元对比分析

Abstract:

本文对传统同步转子从螺旋角大小角度进行结构改进,使长棱与短棱螺旋角大小具有一定的差值,运用专业黏弹性流体软件Polyflow对两种不同类型同步转子流场的混炼过程进行了动态模拟分析。然后对两种同步转子混炼1s得到的瞬态流场模型模拟结果来分析两种转子的性能。通过分析发现,改进后的同步转子,在原有性能基本不变情况下,具有更好的轴向拉伸性能,能够更有效地改善混炼效果,提高密炼机的生产效率,对今后转子构型的优化设计提供一定理论依据。;Traditional synchronous rotor was structural transformed from changing the magnitude of spiral angles to make a certain difference between the magnitude of spiral angles of long edge and short edge. Polyflow, a professional viscoelastic fluid software was used to make an dynamic simulation analysis of mixing process of two different types of synchronous rotor’s flow field. The simulation results of transient flow fields model were get through mixing using the two synchronous rotor for 1s to analyze the properties of meshing rotor. The results showed that the improved synchronous rotor retained the original performance had better axial tensile properties, which could effectively improve the mixing effect and increased productivity of internal mixer. This study would provide theory basis for optimal design of rotor configuration
