OPS/乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料的性能研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.09.0657 Keywords: [笼形倍半硅氧烷,乙烯基硅橡胶,复合材料耐热性能,拉伸强度,剪切强度, 笼形倍半硅氧烷,乙烯基硅橡胶,复合材料耐热性能,拉伸强度,剪切强度,OPS,vinyl silicone rubber,composites,heat resistance,tensile strength,shear strength] Abstract: 通过硅氢加成法合成八(三甲氧基硅乙基)笼形倍半硅氧烷(OPS),将其作为耐热助剂制备OPS/乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料,研究OPS用量对硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:与乙烯基硅橡胶相比,OPS/乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料的初始分解温度明显提高,耐热性能改善;当OPS用量为9份时,复合材料的耐热老化性能较优,拉伸强度和剪切强度较高。;The octa(trimethoxysilylethyl)cage silsesquioxane(OPS)was synthesized by hydrosilation and it was used as heat-resistant additive to prepare OPS/vinyl silicone rubber composites.The effect of OPS amount on the properties of the composites was investigated.The results showed that,the initial decomposition temperature and heat resistance of OPS/vinyl silicone rubber composites were obviously improved.When the OPS amount was 9 phr,the heat resistance of the composites was better than that of vinyl silicone rubber,and the tensile strength and shear strength were higher
