一种新型橡胶贮箱油囊的研究

橡胶贮箱油囊是为了某专用装备的高热值贮箱研制的一种新型油囊,其功能不仅是盛贮高热值煤油,同时承担部段功能。与高热值煤油接触和增压气体接触的主体材料采用HNBR橡胶材料,利用氢化丁腈材料较好的耐高热值煤油和耐气体渗透的特性贮存期可达10年。研制中,主要解决了橡胶油囊的粘合、油囊与推进剂的相容性、大尺寸、两端密封等关键技术,在成型方面采取了独到的措施。目前橡胶贮箱油囊已通过了用户地面试验的考核,该橡胶贮箱油囊在国内首次研制,可大大提高某专用装备的机动性和全寿命周期成本。;The rubber vessel tank is a new type of tank, which is designed for the high calorific value of a special equipment.
