国产环保型增塑剂在溶聚丁苯橡胶中的应用

研究国产环保型增塑剂HJA2026和HJA1824在溶聚丁苯橡胶（SSBR）中的应用。结果表明：填充国产环保型增塑剂HJA1824的SSBR胶料的部分性能与进口增塑剂V500胶料还有一定差距；填充国产环保型增塑剂HJA2026的SSBR胶料的硫化特性以及硫化胶的物理性能、抗湿滑性能、耐压缩疲劳性能、滚动阻力和抗切割性能均与进口增塑剂V500胶料相当，耐磨性能较好；国产环保型增塑剂HJA2026可以替代进口增塑剂V500。;The application of domestic environment-friendly plasticizer HJA2026 and HJA1824 in solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber（SSBR） was studied.The results showed that，some properties of SSBR compound filled with domestic environment-friendly plasticizer HJA1824 still lagged behind that of imported plasticizer V500.The curing characteristics，physical properties，wet slip resistance，compression fatigue resistance，rolling resistance and cutting resistance of SSBR compound filled with domestic environment-friendly plasticizer HJA2026 were similar to those of SSBR compound filled with imported plasticizer V500 compound，and the wear resistance was the best.Domestic environment-friendly plasticizer HJA2026 could replace imported plasticizer V500
