乙醇预絮凝炭黑/天然橡胶共沉胶的制备、结构与性能研究

利用水和乙醇作溶剂，采用预絮凝法制备炭黑母胶，研究炭黑在共沉母胶中的分散性和相应硫化胶的性能。结果表明：预絮凝炭黑母胶中炭黑分散达到纳米级，与干法对比样相比炭黑分散性显著提高；预絮凝法炭黑/天然橡胶硫化胶的物理性能优异，耐磨性能好，抗湿滑性能提高。;Ethanol and water were used to prepare the carbon black masterbatch with the preliminary flocculation method，and the dispersion of carbon black in the masterbatch and the properties of the vulcanizates were studied.The results showed that carbon black aggregate in the carbon black masterbatch prepared with preliminary flocculation method achieved nanometer dispersion，the carbon black dispersion was improved dramaticlly compare with that in control sample prepared with dry method.The physical properties of the preliminary flocculated vulcanizate were excellent，as well as the wear resistance and wet skid resistance
