NaH/Et3SiCl体系对丁腈橡胶的表面化学修饰

Abstract:

采用氢化钠(NaH)/三乙基氯硅烷(Et3SiCl)体系对丁腈橡胶进行表面化学修饰,得到表面改性的丁腈橡胶(Si-NBR)。改性反应在哈克转矩流变仪中进行,温度控制在90℃,总的反应时间为30min。考察了所得Si-NBR的物理性能、动态力学性能。结果发现,Si-NBR胶料的Payne效应明显降低,填料的网络化效应得到改善,动态压缩疲劳温升和压缩永久变形明显降低。用傅里叶变换红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对其进行结构表征,结果表明NBR分子链上成功引入了有机硅基团(-C-Si),该处理过程并没有造成橡胶大分子发生断链、交联等副反应。;The surface chemical modified NBR (Si-NBR) were prepared using NaH as activator and Et3SiCl as modifier by reaction processing method. Reaction temperature and time were 90℃and 30 min respectively. The physical and dynamic mechanical properties of Si-NBR were studied. The results showed that Payne effect of Si-NBR decreased greatly, filler network improved effectively, heat-built by compression fatigue and the dynamic compression set decreased significantly. The structure of Si-NBR was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The results demonstrated that the group of -C-Si was successfully introduced into the molecular chains of NBR, the scission and crosslinking of rubber macromolecular chains did not happen in this process
