增粘树脂对TPI/NR并用胶性能的影响Keywords: [增粘树脂,反式1,4-聚异戊二烯,NR,粘合强度, 增粘树脂,反式1,4-聚异戊二烯,NR,粘合强度,tackifying resin,TPI,NR,adhesion strength] Abstract: 研究增粘树脂品种和用量对反式1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)/NR(并用比为15/85)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用2~4份C5石油树脂的TPI/NR并用胶在保持较好的物理性能和耐热空气老化性能的基础上,混炼胶粘合强度提高,硫化胶生热降低,是一种较为理想的全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶配合。;The influence of the type and addition level of tackifying resins on the properties of TPI/NR blend with blending ratio of 15/85 was investigated.The results showed that,by using 2~4 phr CC5 petroleum resin,the adhesion strength of TPI/NR blend improved,the heat build-up decreased,and the physical properties and thermal aging property were better,the TPI/NR blend with this formulation could be an ideal compound of TBR tire shoulder pad
